- Red white and blue Nacho's
- 1 pkg. blue corn tortilla chips
- 16 oz. can refried beans
- 1 whole diced tomato
- 1/3 C. chopped white onion
- 1 chopped serrano chili pepper or other hot pepper (optional)shopping list
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 C. shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- Heat refried beans.
- Combine diced tomato, onion, chili pepper and
- lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Arrange chips on a large serving platter.
- Spoon hot refried beans over chips; top with tomato mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese over all.
- Top with a gallop of sour cream
- Serve immediately.
